Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from PaddleWaves (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by paddlewaves. An order shall only be deemed accepted once we confirm it. Upon confirmation, items will be held for three (3) business days pending full payment. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled without further notice.

2. Pricing and Payment

All listed prices include worldwide shipping and full-value insurance. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Accepted payment methods:
- Bank transfer (please contact us for wire details).
- Cash payments require valid identification and proof of address.
- Other payment methods may be agreed upon separately.

Goods will only be shipped once full cleared payment has been received.

3. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All items are shipped fully insured via reputable international carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx) and require adult signature upon delivery.

Risk of loss and damage shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier. Title to the goods shall not pass until full payment has been received and cleared.In the event of loss or damage during transit, the Buyer must notify us immediately and retain all original packaging materials. we will assist in filing an insurance claim. Refunds will only be processed upon approval of the claim by our insurance provider.

In cases of customs return, refusal of delivery, or failure to clear customs, the Buyer shall bear all return shipping and insurance costs.

4. Returns and Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.

Returns are accepted within seven (7) days only in cases of material misrepresentation or significant quality issues. Returns are not accepted for any other reason.

5. Authenticity and Warranty

We guarantee the authenticity of all watches sold. Product descriptions and photographs form part of the product representation.

All watches are pre-owned or vintage unless otherwise stated. Normal aging and wear are expected. This includes but is not limited to dial oxidation, discoloration, scratches on case or clasp, and replacement of wearable components such as crowns or crystals.

The warranty period is typically one year, unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers issues with the movement and functionality of mechanical watches but does not cover damage caused by improper use or accidents.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

We shall not be liable for losses caused by customs actions, government policy changes, war, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability which cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
