Patek Philippe ref.5339R Minute Repeater Tourbillon

Patek Philippe doesn't produce many simple minute repeater models equipped with a tourbillon. Starting with the reference 3939 in 1992, Patek Philippe began using the RTO 27 PS movement, and to date, there have only been four generations of tourbillon minute repeaters. Apart from the latest 5303, which breaks with convention, the rest follow Patek Philippe's tradition of not exposing the tourbillon on the dial, concealing this elegant feature behind the dial.

The ref. 5339 is adorned with a hobnail bezel with, and hear this, a hobnail casebook. How cool is that?! It's immensely understated with only three hands to tell the hour, minute and seconds, yet it rewards you with one of the most highly-regarded complications in watch history.
